Terms of Service
How to use Okumo responsibly and what to expect from the service. These terms describe the current preview; material changes will be reflected here.
Using Okumo
You need an eligible Iconical ID account to use the private Okumo workspace. You are responsible for activity using your session and for keeping your credentials and devices secure.
Your content
You remain responsible for the files you upload and the permissions you grant through sharing links. Do not upload or share content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or is intended to harm other people or systems.
Storage and availability
Storage, upload size and API limits depend on your plan and any account-specific limits. Features may change during the preview period; service interruptions and maintenance can occur. Keep your own backup of important files.
Links and third-party integrations
A shared link can allow anyone holding it to access a file until it expires or is revoked, subject to its configured controls. Connections such as ShareX, MCP and webhooks require your permission and may have separate third-party terms.
Plans and payments
Free access is available within the published limits. Pro subscriptions, prices and checkout are only offered where explicitly enabled in the account interface. Any purchase must present the applicable price, recurring term, cancellation and refund information before you accept payment.
Enforcement and termination
We may restrict access or remove content to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements. You can stop using the service and request account/data assistance through support.
